actually it use to be a fwlr only until 1 month ago i started putting corals

i have 2 aquablue and 2 actinic and is real nice

yes you can use the vho ballast i got the workhorse 7 and it handles 4 bulbs 54 watt each one and i think tha its bright enough to handle pretty much any coral thats what i heard from the pet store

yes fangs i did the stand my self and the stand has wheels that's how i get in the back
