Why would my feather duster come out of its tube?

After I woke up this morning, my husband comes into the bathroom and says, "What's this thing hanging from your powerhead?" Uh-Oh....so I go look and it's my feather duster. Completely out of its tube and so I gently pulled it out of the ph and tried to nudge him back into its tube....had to get...

I haven't seen him since I took those pictures...so I guess he's fine in there for now. What about the Nass eggs? Are those something I should just leave there? Will I end up with a Nass explosion? Or should I scrape them off the glass?

First 2 pics are of this red worm I found crawling around on a rock with mushrooms. Totally red and almost stringy. No bristles or any marks of any kind that I could tell. He's moving towards the back of the rock. Last pic - I think are Nass Snail eggs? Do I leave them there? Scape them off...

    Formalin Question-Need to know!

The suggested treatment for Brooklynella is a Formalin bath. The post found on these boards states 20 drops per gallon of water. Yet my bottle of Formalin says 2 drops per gallon of water. I followed the bottle's 2 drop/gal instructions but was curious about the discrepancy. Can anyone answer...

Yes, I've read all the threads of the life cycle of Ich and that I will need to treat the tank even after the affected fish is gone...My clown is in a large bowl right now with tank water - no PH or anything...I just don't have the extra equipment yet. I feel like the most absolute horrible...

    Can't ANYONE help?

Thank you Salt Life.....unfortunately I don't have the spare equipment. I guess that's what I get for getting into the hobby, wanting advice and then not being able to follow it. So instead, I sit here in tears, beating myself up for not having a QT. When I inherit this tank next week I know for...
