I'm pretty much set on getting T5HO's. I'm building a canopy for my 72'' x 18'' x 22'' tank. I need to buy a retrofit kit for lighting. How much lighting do I need?

Thanks. I got my layout made for the stand, now I need to find a good canopy lay out. Looking for a flip top that I can mount my lights into.

If anybody has a diagram I could work with for a canopy and suggest the best plywood to stain to look "fancy", I'd be grateful.

I've always heard you want equal to double the gallons of water in pounds of rock. That being said, I have to believe this rule basically says tanks can take it.
