    Fish Dead (Again!)

good info.....and t-tank you added way too much fish before your tank cycled, you have to have a spike to achieve a cycled tank, let the tank run and put something hardy or enough LR.

    Green Bird Wrasse

I'm not sure about reef safe but they can get very agressive. I had one in a fish only tank, he killed one of my yellow tangs, bursa trigger, and was going after my other yellow tang when i just took him back to the LFS, the most PITA fish I've ever owned. They don't belong in captivity...

What conditioners do best for you??

I thought that stress coat causes your protein skimmer not to work efficently, maybe the problem is in your skimmer. And why are you conditioning your water? I just add a marine buffer.

spotted sweet lips does fine but then dies. help!

They are definitely not the most hardy fish, I had one that was doing well but eventually was takken out by my clown trigger. Most likely you acclimated him too long in the bucket, temp and maybe oxygen played a factor.
