    Is my Naso Tang dying?

I wanted to thank you guys for the input but today I came back from work to an upside down tang with white eyes....stiff as a board. I went to the store today and replaced the tang with a yellow wrasse and a yellow head sleeper gobi. I am hoping these 2 will last longer than the tang. How...

I have a 55 FOWLR that has been up for a little over a month and a half now. I have an Angel and a bunch of stuff for a clean up crew as well. Just about 2 days ago I thought my Naso Tang was dead so I put my net in there to take him out and he was resurrected, hahaha. I know I am supposed...

    Protein skimmer accesory question

My hang off the back protein skimmer for my 55 is what I have a question about. I got this skimmer from a friend of a friend and I guess it is more of an accessory I have a question about. It is powered by a Rio 600 but there is a black box which goes over the exhaust and that Rio 600. It is...

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the vermaculated angel and the singapore angel?? I went to the lfs, finally thinking I could throw some lingo at this guy, and he shot me down saying it was a singapore angel and not a vermaculated angel. I am sure there has to be one newbee...

    Pictures of live rock set-ups

Make sure you dont put the rock right up on the glass. You want to make sure the fish can still swim behind there, for water circulation from your pumps, and also so you can clean the glass there as well!

    LR question

What kind of tank are you going to have??? In my tank, I would put in a fish that would eat that stuff off for you. I am not too sure about taking out the rock and scrubbing it?? If you do that, it was probably a waste for you to buy live rock. Just my opinion.

    My first water change

Is it a bad thing if I am using that B-Ionic? Or just not necessary? This was a suggestion from the guy at my LFS, so please let me know. Thanks!

    Vermiculated Angelfish

I have actually just bought a Vermaculated Angel Fish a few days ago and it is a really nice addition to my 4 week old tank. I have only had him for 4 days or so and the only complaint I have is that he likes to hide in the rock work for the majority of his time. I am sure he is still getting...
