false perc, got him yesterday, and today i put in a bubble tip anemone, now i noticed that my clown has little white spots all over him, what is this???

i just got a false perc last night and today i went and got a bubble tip anemone.. how long should i expect to wait before they host together?? is there a chance that they won't host at all??

i've been having a very hard time getting and decent pics of my tank/fish... i'm using a fuji finepix 2650, and even in macro mode things come out all blurry... here is the best pic that i have gotten of my clown so far, and while it is blurry i think that is what makes it actually look good...

any of you that live near the ocean do a water change from sea water?? a friend of mine that lives in tampa, fl told me that the water in pensacola bay was pretty clean and i should try a water change using fresh sea water?? anyone done this?
