I was wondering what I could get that is cheap for my tank to clean up all the excess food/poo in my tank.I have two clown fish and 2 nassaruis snails. These snails do not really do a good job cleaning my tank. What other scavenger can I get?

They are both hard and like part of the LR.

Its also not a syllid worm. There are no legs either. It looked to be shaped like an earthworm, again very tiny and with the coloring I mentioned earlier.

No camera. I do have a fire worm(I thought it was a bristle worm but I just looked up the pic and it looks like a little fire worm). This other thing is not a bristle worm but it is wicked tiny and I've only seen it once on the side of my tank.

What is it? It was about 1/2" lon

Thanks but we already identified the parasite as that and the fish is already dead.

yes but it is just over all not good for a tank to have a dead fish in it. i would still trake a pic of the dead fish to try and see if the stuff is still on ther so we can identify. If you scroll up you'll see it was already identified by Bang Guy. The fish is out.

I don't have any more fish in the tank.

Okay so my one fish just died and now the other is acting funny! I took out the live one, do I let the dead one get eaten(my peppermint shrimp was taking it) or do I take it out! I'm so upset!

I know its not ick. I've had fish with ick before. Its only on parts of his body.

What is it? It's only on one fish and it just started today. I also noticed that my clownfish are also not swimming together today. Whats going on? The fish w/out the white is staying near the bottom and flapping his finsh really fast while in place...water levels are normal except nitrate...

Its a flatworm. I took it out.

IDK it has antenna so I don't thin that's what it is. If I see it again, I'll take it out

The shape is right but it was more white, not so see through and the brown spots were really tiny. I 've only seen it once and can't find it now...why are they predatory?

So I saw both of my nassarius snails last night so I'm assuming I have a Stomatella Snail, even though it doesn't look like that. I was also wondering if one of the nassarius snails somehow got out of his shell and then got back in it but I read that once they separate from the shell, the can't...
