Thats the only way to explain this.I keep seeing these strings of spit like stuff stringing off the rocks.I've seen it maybe 3x and it's clear and sorts bubbly just like spit.What is it?

My guess one ran the other out of it's shell.When i had my larger ones.One of them did that to the other.It didn't even want it's shell.It almost seemed like it was doing it just because.I bought another shell(their were plenty of others) and it stopped and all was fine.The one that got ran...

Are you sure they didn't say "Christmas Tree Worm Rock"?If so then it's just a rock with Christmas tree worms and your light should be fine.If their just in a rock.Not a coral?
