    ID, pretty please...

Got this zoo today and it has some stange thing attached to it. It's kinda squishy to the touch, but it doesn't retract or move when I touch it. Any ideas? (Please don't be a parasite!)

    Just another ID, please...

I searched "botryocladia", and it looks like some of the results. But I'm confused, is that the same as red bubble algae? It doesn't spread like some of them seem to be. It's happy on it's little rock. I've dropped rock on it before (on accident) and it smashed a few pieces, but it hasn't...

    Just another ID, please...

Hi everyone! I was given this coral beauty a few months back because it was on it's last leg. I was hoping it would get better, but it just ended up hermit food. When I got it, it had tiny, little red bubbles on the outside of it. Thought it might be bubble algae, and I just left it. Well, over...

Just curious...is that toadstool attached to anything, or is it stuck in the sand?

    For the Toad People

Nice lookin' toadstool! I've got several, and on any given day they look different---some days they're fully extended, others they're just limp and dead looking. I help out the shedding with a turkey baster (blow it off) to make em happy, and a few hours later---good as new! Good luck with it! :)

Hi everyone! Happy new year! I have these mushrooms in my tank, and someone asked me the name of them...but I'm not really sure of the common or scientific names. Just thought I'd scratch your brains out there. Thanks! # 1

    Damsel removal

This just worked the other day to get a mean little domino out. I tried netting, cornering, all that....and just got mad. So here's what you do: Get an empty plastic pop bottle (16oz or so) and cut the top off where it starts to taper into the opening (about 3/4s up the bottle), cut the opening...

It does appear solid, with little green hairs. Unfortunately, I don't know where this rock came from. It's the skeleton of some zoo colony, I think.:notsure:

These popped up about a month ago. Think it's some kind of algae. I've never seen it before, though. Any ideas?
