I was thinking a nova t5 set up? any other thoughts? the biggest thing for me is cost of the fixture and i cant find a MH set up that beats the 150ish for my novas (likem or not I think they are great for the price)

im out of town till monday night, but I just finished building the stand for my 28 gallon custom with refugium and sock filter so once I get back on mon. I will finish the plumbing and paint the sides and then move my clowns, chromis, urchin, mandarin, over to that tank... clean up the old one...

I built a 38 inch high stand for my custom tank and want to know how high off the ground I have to build a lil stand for my sock filter... it is a 1" exit and i have a mag 7... I would like to finish the stand tonight so if i can get some advice ASAP i would really appreciate it.. o idk if this...

how low should i turn the MH town for the acrylic if i wanted to make that one a reef? i love that its more of a square and provides more surface area

Hey ok how does this sound? A 250 watt MH for the 37 gallon, and a variable MH with a max 250 watt for my 15" high acrylic... i could get both for 175 including bulb and everything

ok well like i said I think i might go with that other tank becuase it has a sock filter and refugium. I would put the nem, clowns, and manderin in there and use a 24" t5 light or MH light if i can get it cheap enough

Just got back from my LFS they said I could use these lights on a custom acrylic tank I have but havnt finished the stand. its 30" wide by 19" deep by 15" high

Ok so would i be better off with less watts but a t5 unit... also i have heard the mh isnt as good as t5

nope dont think that will be an issue... this fuzzy spend his time perching on the rocks and infact enjoys swimming with around with my mandarin.... Secondarily I bought this set up from someone who moved, they had the tank set up for 2 years so my bottles of pods only act to seed it even more...

Jesus pesus here we go again, thanks for the advice but: 1.) its not a sailfish tang its a pygmy angel 2.) the rabbit fish will be fine 3.) the 70lbs of LR will be plenty because I have already dumped to bottles of copods 4.) Just like the last person who said my nem would be dead everyone...

yea i do... I got a nova set up used from a guy... I acutally made an acrlyic tank that is 24 inchs with a regium and sock filter but im to lazy to finish the stand so I used this tank instead
