I purchased the 12 gallon Aquapod last week. I was excited to be getting back into the hobby. I had a 55g reef but had to sell it when I moved away for school. Bad choice but now, I'm back. I was so pumped the day it was here that I went to pick it up at the Fedex location. It was being shipped...

So I decided to stay with the 12g. I looked at the chambers in the back and don't know if I should do the eggcrate mod or leave all the media that came with it. Those chambers look so small. If I do put the eggcrate, with the 3rd choice of media's from the post above, what do I do with the other...

Just waiting on the AP 12...thinking about switching it to the 24 though. Also researching in doing the eggcrate mod, but don't know what to put in it besides the filter floss. So I have a bit of time in my hands before I get the pod and set it up. Once I get the pod, I'm gonna do a diary of it

Looks nice. Can't wait to see the rock setup. I'm waiting on my AP as well, but it's a 12g. I think I'm gonna switch to the 24g though. Where did you find the info for the mods your doing in your chambers? I'm still trying to figure out what to do back there. Hope to see updated pics soon.

New here and wanted to say hi. I just bought a 12g Aquapod. Waiting for it to get delivered sometime next week. I'm kinda new to this. I hadd a 55g tank before with a couple of corals. I wanted to know what I should do when I get the tank. Like what's the cycle process. I wanna run about 15-20...
