    curing base rock? you mean live rock? anyways first you scrub the rock down, then fill up a trashcan with salt water and lay the rocks in and have a few powerheads running, make shure theres plenty of movement, then just do normal water changes. but if you ment making base rock into live rock...

    yeah that deffinatly plenty of light for zoo's your getting about 8 watts per gallon, thats pretty high especially for a nano cube(they are shallow tanks) -good luck

    yeah, i baught a 50lb bag of sand from homedepot and the lr will eventually seed the sand. but my lfs sells LS by the pound so if u really want to kick start your cycle get a cupple punds of ls and put it over the playsand good luck! :happyfish

    Moon Light's, important or not?

    Yeah they are totaly worth it gives it a cool effect during lights out. I suggest the lunar links, ide also go with white over blue, but thats just me. have fun -Richard

    maby, the MH lights put out lots of heat. i dont know for shure becasue I use powercompact lighting.

    you can go with MH light set up, just look it up on google. 7-9 watts per gallon is good for almost all corals , 4-6 watts would cover most softies. if you look into pc lights(powercompacts) you might save a little but i highly recomend the MH good luck
