The list sounds good. For the filter I would go with an aquaclear 30. With T5's you can keep pretty much anything you want.

wat if i put some crabs in a tank containing ich or velvet in the tank, would that prolong the cycle of the parasite, restart the cycle of the parasite, or not effect it at all? btw the tank is fishless for about a week and a half thanks
