I would love to see this considering they are very hard to keep and if they die, bad news for the tank.

    Zoanthid Questions

Well the zoos are pretty hearty you should be ok. I added zoos like week 4 with no issues they are doing great now, I did wait like 3 months to add fish though. Something to consider. I would also check your water temps. I add A and B from from Kent, this is on my small tank though.

can someone post a pic of bristle worms

Yeah it doesnt look like a fire worm to me, you might just leave it in see what it does, it may be good for the sand.

"Given the specialization of coral reef fish, it only seems apparent that the more natural and realistic the aquaria habitat which is provided, the more naturally the fish can interact with and behave in their captive environment. Their stress level will be lower, resulting in lowered incidence...

its not an issu. Look here lots of good stuff on filtration https://forums.saltwaterfish.com/t/182017/wet-dry-filters Also remember if you ever want to add sand it will be an issue, becuase you will need to remove alot of coral to do so. If you ever want to do it now would be the time.

Well some will say for a reef tank you need 10x your gal, so that would be 1000GPH but i'm sure you could get away with 800 with no problems.

Well my personal opinion is go with the sand only bed, its great bio filtration and your critters (i.e. star fish, hermits, gobie) will love it, once you get those critters that is. I would not put sand over the gravel, eith leave it or remove it and put just sand. Also Coral will need alot of...

    335Gal Reef Tank concepts

Good Post, Yeah I was wondering about the size, I put it at 2 inch but I'm thinking 2½ or 3 at the most. When I spec it out i wasn't sure and there is no point in re-drawing the whole thing for .5-1 inch difference. Thanks for the heads up What is starfire?
