Angels need an established tank with alot of live rock and hiding places. I would say no.. 40g min IMO.

well you acclimated them properly and your parameters look good, One clown is stressed but the other one is fine, the only thing you can do is let nature take its course, whatever that may be. Sorry if I cannot add anything to that.

SG is good for FOWL.. I dont think you can do anything right now, is give it time,, maybe it will come around. You didnt see any fighting? right?
