I am getting a 75 gal tank that has been running for a year or 2 now and it has live rock and crushed corals. at the moment I do not know if it is a reef or not (mom's friend). I have to move the tank of coarse so do I exchange the crushed coral for sand or keep it. What do most reef tanks...

If a buy live sand do I have to let that cycle since it will be new to the tank. Also should I put it in when I finishing moving before putting the tank back together putting saran-rap down on top of it (then pouting the water):eek:
