Clownfish are pretty tough, and it is a very short amount of time that they are in the bucket. Also, once they find the anemone, they become less stressed due to the protective edge, so in the end it is a better outcome stress wise. The anemone should be able to handle this as well.

How in the world do you think they keep those coral inserts clean after the install? I can't imagine the upkeep for some of those tanks...
