When can I consider tank used for QT free of ich

Couple options. Your qt the fish to kill ick. So once the treatment time is over the tank and fish should be ick free. 2 if u wana be super safe leave it fishless for 6 wks. That said , hypo should have killed all ick in your tank if done correctly. So you should be fine for the chromis

The light is blue? Then yes thats a traditional moon light. U could try turning it on during the day, w normal daylight and see if the gradual change helps

The fox thing is weird. Beating its self up isnt good. The light must be sending some type of weird wave off. My fish never seemed bothered by my moonlight.

Ok folks. Water quality is key in this game we all agree. So in your options what is most commonly the reason for it getting out of whack? I ask bc I have a 29,56,75 gal tanks. For me it seems they manage the same. I still don't reccomend small tanks for beginners tho lol

40 vs 60 gallon Innovative Marine.

Red sea does an all in one system. I've never heard anything bad. Innovative marine I have not heard of. I get the down side bc if something goes the whole system is screwed.

How do you know if you have too many fish?

Too many fish? The question we all ride the line on. I look at it like this. You can have 3 fish if one is nasty as hell u have 2 too many. Now if u have 10 fish, with no aggression, good water quality, ect your doing fine. Yes a dwarf can go in a 40. Good tank maintenance, quality live rock...
