A guy around here had a humu, wolf eel and lion fish in his tank with corals. He said the main problem he had with them was the fish knocking the corals over. Never picked at them.

Thanks cincyreefer. I have 2- 3' strips that came with the tank but havent bought any bulbs for them yet so I may sell the pc and just use the others.

When I bought mine the LFS also had a purplemouth moray for the same price. Dont know much about them though except he had a mouthfull of teeth. Not sure how big he gets but was a nice looking eel.

From what I have read there shouldnt be a problem. I just put a niger in with him Saturday with no problem yet except the trigger took his piece of shrimp. But when he dropped it the eel took it back so all was well.

What do you use for lighting on your aggressive tank. Right now I have a 4' power compact on my 6' tank and it leaves shadows in the corners. Was thinking of getting another 2' pc light but would like opinions on if it would be too much light and cause algea problems. Jeff

I bought a goldentail moray. They are supposed to stay aroung two feet so that may be an option. I paid either 29 or 39, cant remember at the LFS.

I dont have a snowflake but I feed my eel pieces of shrimp. I bought silversides but it shows no interest in them. Trying to get some squid from here at work to try also. I hope it works since there is a shrimp plant in the same building as me and I can get all that kind of stuff for free...

How does your clown trigger get along with the others? Thats the one I really want but cant make up my mind for sure if I want to take the chance with him or not.

The puffer is a small 2-3" stars and stripes and the eel is a golden tail morray. The angel we looked at was about the same size maybe a little bigger. It hadnt started changing color patterns yet. I will buy the trigger about the same size.

I may have asked before but is it possible to keep an emperor angel with a trigger, puffer and eel? My wife seen an emperor over the week end and wants one for our tank. If so, when would you add it. The puffer and eel are already in the tank and will more than likely get a picasso trigger. Add...

I am setting up my new 125 hopefully this week end. Is the best way to cycle it with a dead shrimp or any another suggestion? I have about made up my mind for inhabitants but would like some input on the order to add them. A clown trigger, puffer (dogface or stars and stripes not sure yet)...

I want to start with a smaller one maybe around 2-3 inches. Was thinking of a puffer( dog face or stars and stripes) and maybe a queen angel in with them. Or would that be too much bio-load?

Thanks for the input lionfish 12. 2 triggers was a thought but not at that cost. And still not too sure about the clown trigger. Hear to many stories about them.

I am setting up a 125 aggressive tank with 40 gallon sump. Can you mix triggers or is it better to get just one? And could a clown be one of them?

I have a complete 26 gallon setup just collecting dust. Would this be large enough for a fu-manchu lion and/or an angler fish? If I cant sell it I need to use it since it is only 8 months old.

I have never lost all my fish before but came home one afternoon to find the a/c broken and tank temp. well over 90 degrees. Lost a couple of fish and several corals.

If you could ship it I would most probably buy it if you had pics of it.

Just a thought but I lost two clown fish because they jumped. The first was about a year after the tank was set-up and the second was a few months later.
