I don't have trouble with them except a few I had shipped to me. They didn't acclimate well and started STN'ing immediately, but they were all fresh cuts. If you can get your hands on some already mounted and encrusting maybe that will help a little.

You should really find out what the source for these algaes are. More than likely no matter the size of the clean up crew, the problem will reoccur. What are your parameters like? Are you using RODI water?
