I went from CP to T-5 the Nove Extreme Pro it is so nice but I don't have MH .. If you can afford it I would go with the T-5s also, hey the more light the better. Also most people or at least some local aquarium shops say MHs drain the color from what they have so with the T-5s it will put back...

I have had mine for about a week but haven't really looked to see if he is cleaning my fish, but he is to the point when I stick my hand in the tank he comes swimming toward me jumps on my hand and I think he cleans it . It feels like it.
