The Disapar Anthias is considered by many to be the beginer Anthias. I agree, they seem to be the more hardy of the anthias, but thats just my experience.. All anthias have about the same feeding requirments..

Stank is not a good thing. Actually, it can be a good thing if going in a new tank. It will be an instant start to a cycle. I would not add rock that has a foul smell to an established tank..

With the Bio-Wheels, that will be your source of filtration. You could ad some carbon to help clear the water or I have eben seen some people add ceramic disks for places for the bacteria to grow on.

An overflow allows water in the tank to stay at a constant level while draning water into the sump. If you were to use just a tube and siphon it, the tank would drain faster than the return pump would pump the water back up OR the pump would pump it back too fast overflowing the tank. I tried...
