I got the UV sterilizer with a used setup so I don't know the bulb age. It was on a 100 Gallon and I don't know the max size of aquarium it is rated for. The picture does not show the ballast. The ballast is pretty small, about 6-2-2

The sockets are mogel and the reflectors are U shaped. The Ballast has 2 switches for both bulbs and cords quick disconnect from the ballast. The IceCap ballast is for VHO's that are not for sale. I don't know what color temp the bulbs are but I believe that they are 14K or 20K.
