Mine is eating but he swims really weird ..Most of the time it swims with some of his fins out of the water. He spends most of it's time near the top of the tank...Is this normal??

It's a great lizard..Most are frendly and they have a nice personalty. They love crickets lots of crickets..There easy to care for.

I was having the same type problem 3 weeks ago and when I went to change some water out it had a yellow tint to it. Since the change (50 gal on a 150 tank) everything is coming back strong. I didn't notice the tint until I started puting the water in a white bucket :scared: . I for one will...

In my berlin filter I have a few layers of filter material. Do you think I could place some filter bags with carbon in them under the filter material? The water would go through it before going into the sump.
