    My 60 Gallon Build

You don't want to be seeing any ammonia readings. What test kits are you using? If you wanted you could always use a hammer to break the rock (outside of the tank of course). I have a 12" wide tank too, and it is not fun to aquascape. And the brown algae is diatoms, which will go away with time...

    RO/DI Units

As far as installation goes, the unit I'm looking at comes with this part that allows you to install the unit directly into the water supply in the house, and it installs just above the shut off valve under a sink. I would like to do this, but am curious of a couple of things. First of all, do...

    Started up a 29g tank

Okay. My guess would be that it doesn't have individual reflectors then. Individual reflectors greatly improve the amount of light reaching your corals. However, I'm not at all an expert on lighting. Hopefully someone else will chime in here.

The impeller of your filter killed you fish?

fliter making funny noise, fish dead

I doubt the filter making noise is related to the fish death, unless it is leaking electricity into the water (I'd be surprised). When you replaced the filter, did you get rid of all the old filter media? Is there live rock in the tank? How much? How old is the tank? What fish are in it? What...

    RO/DI Units

Okay. The sink I would be hooking the unit up to seems to have pretty decent pressure, as it is right by where the pipe from the well is. I think it should be fine, but I'll double check with a gauge before I order the unit.

    RO/DI Units

Okay, then that's the one I'll probably get. If my PSI is less than 65, can I still run the unit and just make water slower, or will the unit not work under 65 PSI?

Okay. What if my pressure is less? How does the BRS 5 Stage Plus system look?
