Just moved him to a little tupperware container with a piece of live rock rubble. This method seemed like the easiest and the least amount of handling involved. I probably already touched him too much.

I got a bubble mushroom in the mail yesterday and it opened up within a couple hours. I placed it about 6-8 inches from the top and like others said the flow is not a lot. Just enough to make it sway a little bit.

Should I spot feed this dude once or twice a week or will it be OK with just light?

Have you done any water changes? From what I have read on here the diatoms feed on silica from the sand. Eventually it will run out and they will disappear, water changes will speed up this process.

I got my last fish about 2 weeks ago and was going to wait 3 weeks before I picked up anymore fish. I kind of want to grab a cleaner shrimp and a zoa frag from from my LFS today, would that reset my 3 weeks wait time or is that OK to do?

I looks to be getting a little darker brown in the few days since I flipped the rock over. I will try to get a new pic when I get home from work tonight. My camera isn't great so I don't know if it will be any better.
