i would keep both i have up to 3 tangs in my tank at one time and wish i still had them sailfin hippo and yellow all in the same tank and its only 125 so they will live together just put the yellow in last :happyfish

i have had cuts on my hand that have heal in few days after being put in to the tank so i would not worry to much about hurting your tank as long as it is helthy reef :D
