I have to agree w/ Reef Vixon. They get FAR TOO BIG even for a 125g. And yes they eat anything that fit in their mouth including fingers. I would also stay away from eels. Even if you get a small guy, they end up growing into very big adults. TJ

Butterfly fish will eat glass anenomies. I would go get a butterfly fish and see if he'll eat them. But, I would do some research about which one to get,a threadfin would be a good choice. TJ

Reef Ranger did you have problems trying to get him to eat? My LFS said the one he had didn't eat anything. He said he would get one in for me and see if it will eat. Also I just bought a BIG naso tang and orange shoulder semi juvenile. The naso is like 6-7 inches!! truley a Beautiful fish. TJ

I will bet that your nitrates and phosphates are extremely high. Hair aglae thrives off of nitrates and phosphates. Get a phosphate sponge and go frequent water changes if your nitrates are high. Watch how much you feed your fish. TJ

another thing. only use it in their food. I can see were you think it's a waste. It's about half that price were I buy. I use a lot more then several drops, it's more like serveral squirts. To overdose vitamins you would have to use the whole bottle. TJ

I use vitam-chem and I love it.. I swear by it. I think it is one of the best marine vitamins availible. I would stick w/ it. I have used it in cases of ich and it does seem to help their mucus membrain and immune system. TJ

If you want an emperor be careful when selecting. I would buy a juv. or younger adult 3-4 inches. Make sure it eats like crazy and if you get a juv. make sure his color is perfect no fading(unless he is changing) whatever fish you get do a lot of research before you buy.
