Royal Gramma or Bicolor Psuedochromis for a nice punch of color. I believe they to are semi-aggressive.

    Maui

Thank you both for your replies. I don't know for sure if we will be stopping there, we are taking a 14 nt hawaiian cruise and Maui is one of the stops. We have been to Maui before but not the Ocean Center. We will have to decide though. Thanks again

    a pico

I don't know anything about that fixture but in the past I have used the coralife pc bulbs. As mentioned they might be to hot for that size of tank if you use 2 of them that would be 40 watts. On my tank I have the Coralife 18 watt 50/50 9" fixture and just love it. They do get very hot on the...

    a pico

Here is a pic of my 2.8 gal pico tank. I am just using a HOB nano filter on this tank. There is a nano skimmer/filter HOB that you can buy for these little tanks, I believe it is good up to 10 gal. I prefer not to skim in such a small tank, I never skimmed on my 10 gal either.

    2.8 gal Pico

The tank just does not have that black plastic around the top edge that the other tanks have. It is just glass nothing special I don't think. Maybe rimless is something different

    ricordea mushroom ?

You can feed them frozen foods, just place a small bit near the mouth and they will usually start to fold around it. I often give mine some crab pellets from Hikari, for some reason they love these. Break them apart again as they are quite the size of pellet for their mouths. These I have found...
