no, all i have added to it was a little bacteria supplement to replace the lost ones due to rinsing the sand.

scratch the boiling water and get aptasia x or joes juice. i used boiling water and one released its eggs apparently, a week later it was way worse. and also, as long as there are not to many and they arent stinging anything, they give a cool look to the tank in my opinion.

thanks guys. yeah, i hope when i put the live rock in, it will help get the tank to take off a little quicker. does anyone think it would be alright to add the live rock directly to the tank rather thank curing it for a week?

i feed my brittle the same flake foods as i do my fish. he will reach out and when he catches it he will quickly move it down his arm to his mouth with his little bristles(it is quite entertaining). his tentacles grew about 4 inches in 5 months.
