    Blue hippo and anthias are not recommended for a 55. Maybe try a royal gramma. Mine doesnt hide much. Maybe a goby or a blenny.

    sandstorm filtration help asap!

    Dont run the powerheads at all. Just your filtration. The powerheads will just keep stirring the sand up. Give it time to settle on its own. It should clear in a few days.

    Its not that great. Considering the membrane and cartridges are new. Im getting about 2.5 gallons per 1.5 hours. Im assuming either the membrane needs the 10 day "break in" or the TDS of my tap water is high.

    Bubble Algae

    Emerald crabs will help keep it under control. They are reef safe if that is a concern for you. You can also pick them off with your hand but do this very carefully. You DO NOT want to pop the bubble in your tank. It will release spores and make the problem worse.
