anyone have a neon clean a clown?

just wondering if neon or cleaner gobies are "cleaner" fish do they get parasites?

i have a tomato clown and he has ich but it's only from its stripe forward on its face, is this weird? is this something else beside ich?

i wanted a cleaner shrimp for the benefit of hopefully eating unwanted parasites, i don't want a wrasse b/c i don't want sentence a fish to death and i heard of cleaner goby's but i didn't see any on this site.

i was gone late today so when i returned home i turned my lihgt, which is on an auto timer, on to feed them and when i did my flame hawk was very pale pretty much a whitish pink and my blue devil damsel had turned himself black and my bicolor blenny was also pale is this b/c they were thinking...

ya my tank was tended to but by someone who is somewhat lazy and not in the hobby, my suggestion is have a freind in the hobby that knows the importance of tank up keep, and knows what problems to look for

it was just weird b/c the tomato clown was very noticable looked like 20 white dots on a 2-3 inch fish and it was acting really weird i was sure it was going to die and then when i woke up he looks perfectly normal is swimming around, ate, came to the glass when i looked in..... i don't know it...

if anyone cares this morning all of the fish appeared normal and all of the white dots that were on the clown and blenny disappeared, if anyone knows what the dots were i am really curios.....

yes someone was looking after the tank i didn't just leave the fish unattended for 3 weeks, i didi a water change before i left and one immedietely when i got home at 2am, the weird thing is today the two fish which had small tiny white dots on them appear to be fine, and i can't find any dots...
