Help identifying live rock inhabitant (pic included)

Get a better pic! I could hardly make out anything, and all I see you might be asking about is a vague silhoutte in the center.

pipe fish in 150 gallon reef?

Yes. The bluestripes and dragonface pipes seem to do fine in a large reef. I'd say the larger/more live rock the better. We have a bluestripe in our 140 and it usually stays in the back, in the dark, comes out in front after lights out. Don't see it very often, but it is a fat little thing.

Seaclone 150 Or Jebo Protein Skimmers?

I have never heard good things about either. I have used a Seaclone and it is horrible. Never have seen a Jebo. If you're looking for relatively cheap but good skimmers, I'd go with a Coralife Super Skimmer or Reef Octopus.

    Blue Ring Octopus!!!!

There's no sense in getting something that can kill you. There are lots of other more commonly available species that are just as interesting. I wouldn't recommend keeping a blue-ring until a person has lots of experience with non-deadly octopuses. No matter how careful a person is, unexpected...

    Mantis Shrimp Eggs

If you google "Dr. Roy Caldwell Mantis Shrimp" you will find a WHOLE lot. The guy does tons of research on them and is very willing to share most everything he knows. http://ib.berkeley.edu/labs/caldwell/

They grow very fast. In six months, my O. briareus went from 3" long to about 30" armspan.

    Octopus for 210 gallon

Bimacs require chillers so unless your tank just stays low 70's-high 60's year round. Higher temperature for that species means even shorter lifespan. All of the commonly sold octopus species in the trade are pretty hardy. If you can get an Octopus vulgaris, that'd be my suggestion. Tropical...

    Exciting!!! Look at my aquascape

Not bad at all. I like it. I'd probably add a rock to make an arch over the rock on the left and the middle, but that's just my personal thing... I like arches. Don't play with it! :) I could change my aquascaping over and over and find something to complain about. Problem is when I change one...

    Addiction

Smoker for 15 years now. Hate the expense and idea of what it could do to me health-wise, but I enjoy it for some reason. I've had other habits in the past but I didn't have any problems dropping them. Just the friggin cancer sticks I can't seem to shake. I kept telling myself when I started...

    very very new to saltwater

For now you could just buy pre-mixed saltwater at a LFS to fill the tank. It isn't real cheap, but it saves the hassle of hoping you mixed it right/got the salinity right. Unless you want to invest in a refractometer off the bat.

    the new Metallica album

Haven't listened to the rest of the released tracks yet, probably won't. I've heard good things, and the tracks I have heard were more impressing than anything else they've done in the past 18 years. Wow... 18 years. As for the song trilogy, I like the concept, but that's what it is, a concept...
