Yea i hope that was a typo. Get it down to 78-80 degrees. No need to ghost feed your cycle has already started. Juts let nature take its course. Good luck.

    Big question on lighting??

If you plan on supplementing with actinic then id go with the 10k. If not then go with the 14k bulbs. Thats what i have and the color is great. Will give you better PAR than 20k bulbs and less blue color. Then again if you want growth, 10k is the way to go. But keep in mind 10k bulbs are more on...

    Opinions Please!

IMO your headed for a disaster with 13 fish in a 55 gallon. And these fish get big. I second getting rid of all the tangs except the yellow and keeping only 1 species of clown. But hey its your tank. Let us know how it all works out for you. IMHO i would suggest researching before buying.

    Mesoscope?

I dont have one but i have seen it. They are pretty cool but they can be expensive. They get closer than magnifying glasses. The one i saw was around $400-$450. Id rather spend that money on something else. But thats just me.

What's the best (and hardiest) star fish to get for my 55 gallon tank?

Im no expert but from what i read you need alot more rock work and an established tank. At least 1 year and 100lbs of LR. Also your SG is way low for any inverts. You would need to raise it over a period of about a week or 2. Recommended SG is 1.025-1.026 for inverts. I believe all starfish are...
