I waited until my tank cycled as well.

Once the ammonia and nitrites are at 0 you can add the cleanup crew. Your nitrates are really high right now, so make sure you do a water change after the cycle is complete to help bring them down some. I've had my 29 for about a month now and just added a clown fish as my first fish.

So the overflow doesn't count toward total gph? In that case it would be 620 gph total (Return + PH) which would be a 21x turnover rate. From what I've read 20x is ideal so I guess I'm fine. Thanks for you help!

Magic... point taken. I think I was refering to a 10 gal setup though. Either way, they will pay for themselves over time.
