For to bottom of my fish tank I have crushed coral... Now I want to switch to the sand. What sand would work the best? My Home Depot doesn't have any of the Southdown or the Yard Right... Would Just premium play sand cut it or does it need to be tropical?

Right now I have crushed coral for the base of my aquirum. It's almost a year old (in April it will be) Is it too late to put 20 lbs of live sand on the bottom of my tank? I'd put it on one side over some cushed coral to make little hills, also some of the fish might like to swim on it and lay...

I have a wet dry filter, about 75 lbs of Lr, Cushed Coral, It's a 120 gal tank. One one side the water come in from the filter, and the other side the water leaves the tank and goes into the filter, Pretty basic
