Read up on dripping kalkwasser 24/7. It will bring your ph up, but be sure to monitor. Look up dripping kalkwasser 101 by kip. There is tons of info. there and that could help.

i know this is way off the subject, but is there anyway that my halides could have bleached out my coralline. about 6 months ago i got them and since i have had somewhat of an algae problem and my coraline on the rocks and the walls are somewhat white, back wall is completely bleached.

Ok, got my ca reactor hooked up and running last weekend. I have it set for 35 bpm and about 60ml per min. I have tested and tested. I tested about and hour ago and I tested 14 alk and 400ppm ca. Isn't that a little out of wack? What do I need to do to get it a little closer/or right? Like...

That is what i thought, but they said it puts phosphates in. Must have been confused or something. How would you siphon it out?

thanks mark, i need to ask you another thing or two. y will you be taking it offline? also, a guy told me, and i have read online that kalk actually puts phospate in the tank, but then again i have heard more people, plus the back of label on the kalk container say that it depletes phosphates...

The reactor seems to be working good, it is mixed with a maxi-jet 600. I have a question about your ca reactor. I know I can't base your's on your tank and mine, but how many bubbles do you have per minute threw your bb counter? Also how much effluent is it putting out per minute? I have mine...
