its been over a week scince i have used it. i am using salfert (i think) and the kits are brand new.

my calcium never seems to become depleted. i have stoped dripping calk. do i have something wrong? i do have corals that use calcium but again the numbers never seem to go down.

my toadstool does this occationally right before it "sheds" its skin. but it always stands up again. im not sure how to help.

my params are preety good amm 0 trite 0 trate aprox 8-10 cal/alk 450-460 it just seems odd. i have never had a problem per say with him he just doesnt grow that fast. has a ny one ever heard of one of those other spieces not having feathers? mabey mine just doesnt.

i have had great sucess just putting two ten gallon light fixtures with cheap aquarium bulbs over the top of the sump and leave it running 24/7. my calerpa was growing almost too fast and i cut the light back to 12 hours a day and put the timer on a reverse cycle.
