my wife feeds them Formula one flake around 10:00 am, i give them frozen around 5:30 PM and I then give them a quick snack at 8:45PM right before they go to bed.

it depends on what the LPS was feeding them. Ask them to give you a sample of their food. Slowly migrate from their feed to yours. I've found the worse the LPS food was the easire it was for my fish to appreciate my food.
