    you could try kick ick .some people have had mixed results with it, i tried it and it worked for me.also you didnot say how old your tank is. a lemon peel is not a easy fish for someone new to the hobby or a new tank.angel fish should not be put in a tank less than one year old.

    you should not use a angel in a new tank.you should wait at lest a year before adding any angel.a one spot fox face would be a better choice.

    copper is not a good idea in fo tank.a lot of fish dont do well with copper.the flame angel will die with any copper in the tank.

    a good book to get is marine fishes by scott michael.he says they are harmless with corals, but will eat small fish.i had one that was a terror.i took it back to the lfs.

    i lost a 150$ queen angel,it wasnt the price of the fish that hurt as much as loosing the fish.i think the tank was too new. i have a koran in now it been in the tank for 2 yrs.

    when you do a water change try not to stir the tank up too much ,this can cause a mini cycle in your tank.

    Anyone ever use a DI tap filter?

    i have a fowlr tank and use a ge whole house filter,with the carbon cartridge.it takes out all the nitrates. it is not as good as a ro unit,but it works well.

    i made one from a 20 gal tank,had the lfs drill a 11/2 in.hole in the top of the tank and added a bulk head fitting.i put a rio 1400 pump in the tank that feeds the refuge and the refuge gravity feeds to my wet/dry sump.you have to make sure the pump in the tank is not to low to over fill the...

    i have a 20 gal refugium with three types of macro in it .how much should i harvest out,to keep the rates down.my tank is a 175 gal,skimmer is a aqua c urchin pro,filter is amiracle 400 wet/dry.i change about 16 gal/week water.
