What kind of water flow do starburst polyps, I have spots with high, medium and low flow and am wondering where they will do best.

I was asking whether or not I should continue adding active carbon to my tidepool at every water change. I do the changes every 4-6 weeks and the tank has been established since september. Can I just use filter floss, or is the active carbon a neccesity? Any replies appreciated. Thanks

I believe it rates at almost 700gph, but it is a return so the flow is only going in one direction. If I decide to add the powerhead, should I face it in the opposite direction? or set it behind the LR in my tank to push out the stuff that settles back there?

All I feed my anemone is small peices of krill, should I vary his diet along with my fishes? If so, what else should I feed it? I keep formula 1 and 2 on hand.

But to answer your questions, I want a mixture of soft and hard corals, I want diversity. The thought of clams has never entered my mind, so what I would need to keep a well rounded reef. Just a reef that causes reef envy, thats all I want. :D Colin
