ur temp is kinda high....but toher than that ill just leave u with this...most tanks will cycle in about 4-6 weeks...sumtimes shorter..sometimes longer...the only way to know when ur done is just keep testing ur water..when everything reads o it will be done..its always good to "test" ur tank...

i had a zebra hermit a while back..when i bought him he moved for only a few minutes..then didnt move for a day or two...after a while he came around...think of it this way..just because they accept the salinity level, and otehr water parameters doesnt mean they immediately know hwere theyre...

yes..they will give off the same strentgh or intensity of light, but they will appear in different shades...the 5000k bulb will appear more yellowish than the 10000k bulb because it gives off a different spectrum of ligt..hope this helps!

id say no unless u were just now starting the tank..then i belive it would be fine..but i may not be correct..also..what lighting do u have on ur tank..since its a FOWLR im assuming its nothing special..and the anenome on the hermits back will surely die

my understanding of a closed loop system is an external pump plumbed to an intake...which then seperates it into 2 or more "DIY" powerheads...i probably wont be able to set up a fuge for a while..til i get my own house..but thats ok...but i wont more flow in my tank without adding bulky...
