I was curious if anyone knows if you can buy a MH set up from Lowes or Home Depot. They have a 150W pennent light but I wanted to know if you can buy the ballast, sockets, etc. seperate. Anyone know? Also, will the 150W they have there work and how high should it be from the tank?

I have never seen my shark eat. He has been in my tank for about 2 months. I have tried krill, shrimp, squid, live fish and shark formula cubes. Nothing has spiked his attention.

the shark is about 14 inches. my high range ph is at 8.0,My ammonia is 0, Nitrite 0 but my nitrates are high at like 160

Hey I have a leopard shard and I have had him for a couple months now. I never see him eat or anything and he is only active at night when everything is dark. I thought these were suppose to be active sharks. am I misunderstood?:help:

the rubbermaid thing is good and so are garbage cans. You need to run a skimmer too. That skimmer is just as important as the powerhead
