I used to have one, it was fun,in fact i still have his shell in my tank after he passed. Mines shell is a light white with all the orange spots visable.

I had one that did pretty well in a community , it grew but it died due to a mishap.Totally my fault.

Just spot feed and he'll be fine.

From what i know, 1.They eat lots of algae 2. If it's what you want i say go for it. 3.Yes it is difficult,not many people are successful in this.

Nothing, theres nothing you can do. It's probably just hanging out.

The eel will have to be spot fed to avoid any prob IMO. I had a chocolate chip star awhile ago and had no problems. Its all a matter of monitoring everything.

Those are a big variety of nassarius snail. No i dont think they would eat starfish. They are a good clean up crew.
