You can go with a v lion, but stay away from a fimbriated due to aggression.

Any of the smaller round-tooth eels like a zebra, chainlink, SFE, etc.

My feeling is a green moray will be too aggressive for a ray and try to keep the shark/ray selections down to one a piece.

It wont get that big in captivity and he is going to release it when it gets larger anyway.
