Looks like red slime to me more than it does cyano. Cyano tends to be more brown looking doesn't it?

A sunken/pinched stomach sometimes means bacteria OR collected with cyaniede and will not live. HOPEFULLY you have the new fish in QT. Feed it with foods soaked in FRESH garlic.
