I've never personally used the reef but. I'm not sure if it's released yet. But they seem pretty awesome from what I've read. Lots of parameters tested ect.

How did the shut down affect your aquarium life? Were you able to get the supplies you needed? Are you someone who preps for emergencies? Did you acquire any new fish or corals or finish a project that you'd been procrastinating on?

What type of pump are you using?

I have an all aluminum stand for a 20 gallon that's my favorite. I had it built almost 20 years ago and it's just like it was the day I picked it up. If you can afford it, powder coated aluminum is probably the best stand material I've ever used. It's strong, light weight and looks amazing.

Either wood or metal are fine if properly coated. It really depends on the style you are going for.

If I get my hands on the inside scoop you all will the first to know.

Test strips are notoriously inaccurate. what do the fish do once added? Have you noticed signs of stress in the bag?

Would have been my 1st suggestion if not for the enclosure security issues. Nothing worse than searching for a slime/dust encrusted eel behind your couch lol.
