What would you suggest for a 55gal with 2" sand bed and 55lbs of live rock? I only have 3 fish, a 1.5" coral beauty, 5" Marine Betta and a 3" Atlantic blue tang????

I just introduced an atlantic blue tang to my 55 reef tank and within 24 hrs he/she had white specks all over shim. Now there are just one or two specs on its fins, Is this ich? and is ich contagious to other fish, namely a coral beauty and a Marine betta???

Are Marine Bettas and shrimp able to live happily together, and if so what kinds of shrimp? The MB is about 4.5 inches long and swimming around a 55gal reef with a coral beauty angel and blue tang.
