There really is no room under the tank due to supplies and sump. I wanted to grow pods and didn't want to run them through a blender to get them into the tank.

Ninjamini, I have the same skimmer (I think). It doesn't seem to do very good. I'd also like to switch to a skimmer that sits outside the sump. (more chaeto room) I've been searching and lurking out here for a while. I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I've got the same concerns.

I too have ordered fish from this site, never a problem, once in the summer months and once in the winter. They put heat packs in a styrofoam cooler with the fish to keep them warm for their overnight trip to their new home.

I have had what I was told was a pink tip condi for 2 weeks now, I have pulled him out of my return intake at least 4 times and after that I turned off the pump until he got himself out. Should I put some lr in front of my intake vents to keep him away?
