After all the types appear your tank is truly cycled. can't say I quite agree with that one, but I think it's diatoms, cyano, hair algae, and if it's my tank some nice dusting of bubble algae that you'll have to convince yourself looks nice because it takes a while to pull out by hand...

they're really not reef safe, and they need deep sand, plus they grow huge... I'd steer clear... just my 2 cents

I think the sweepers can get relatively long, much like a favia, depends on the coral...

there's an epoxy at home depot that works, it's like aqua something, I can't remember the name, but if you've got an lfs in your area you can check there, I'm sure they'll have some. also, make sure if you're buying epoxy at home depot you get the right kind, definitely don't wanna go tossing...

you could use underwater epoxy and superglue, should work nicely, if not just jam them in between two rocks, they don't need a lot of light, and should be fine just about wherever you put them

as long as the tank is well established, with good live phyto supplementation they should do fine, I think the smaller ones mainly get their energy from phyto and food in the water, whereas the larger ones over 3" generally get most of their energy from the light source

you could cure the live rock in heated buckets of saltwater with a small powerhead in there, as opposed to having them cycle in your tank, should work out nicely and minimize the cycle impact on your tank when you eventually put them in there also, what kind of fish are in there currently, out...

well, if it's not fine enough it could be trapping detritus just like a cc base, as opposed to letting it be removed by the cleaning crew and current, so you may wanna look into switching it if that's the case, is there an lfs in your area that sells dry aragonite sand? if so you may wanna...

do you have a skimmer? it seems like your water's not getting oxygenated enough somewhere along the line, if your orp sensor's calibrated right...
